Translating various types of files

Translating your file

We will make sure that your terminology database and translation memories are being used. In this way, the translated texts are stored and are always ready to be reused. Exporting, translating and importing files

When translating the content of your files, we will maintain the layout. This means that you can quickly and easily publish the translated texts again. As far as we are concerned, the ideal work procedure is as follows:

  • You export the texts to be translated to the file type of your choosing.
  • We will then configure an extract method for your file. With this method we will be able to extract only the text that will be translated from the file (without code, layout or enumeration).
  • We then translate your texts.
  • Finally, we put the translated texts back together with the layout of your files. During this process, any code will be preserved.
  • You will receive the translated file which you can import into your software (for example your website, webshop, ERP, PIM, etc.).
  • Your translated texts are ready to be published, possibly after an internal proofreading.
